G. Gerlach: la montre polonaise!

Elles sont effectivement en train d'arriver. Voici la mienne arrivée hier :



Le diamètre est contenu à 40mm mais l'épaisseur (14mm), la forme cylindrique du boitier et la grande ouverture du cadran en font une assez grosse montre visuellement.
Ajout : le bracelet d'origine est très long.

ORP Orzel

Retour de ma Dzik ce matin. Envoyée (postexport Europe) le 27 Juin pour réparation, retour 11 jours plus tard.
Couronne changée et tige de remontoir réparée sous garantie. Un service rapide merci Gerlach.

I never had any doubt about it, but it's good to know G. Gerlach have a decent after-sell service!

PS: J'ai renommé le titre du topic de "G. Gerlach: l'Amphibian polonaise?" en "G. Gerlach: La montre polonaise!" puisque c'est devenu le topic dédié aux montres G. Gerlach.

Je préfère aussi le pré -shot , même si le guillochage de la deuxième version rend très bien.
En fait , je les aime toutes... C'est bien là que le bas blesse : aucune n'est à laisser de côté.

Je préfère sans le guillochage...

 
En examinant les deux images en détail, le guillochage existe dans les deux cas.
Tout au plus, l'une est plus sombre (black pvd ?) et l'autre en acier mais éclairée différemment.

Par contre les couronnes sont différentes et celle issue de la série Tokkotaï me semble la mieux réussie.

For the Orzel:

I prefer the first version with gilt hands, index and writings (85A and G. Gerlach).

On the dial, stripes are guilloche or just printed lanes? Did you try something like a black mate render instead (maybe slightly granulated) to match the surface of a submarine?

She has well to work no problem today. These things sometimes arrive, the repair was fast thank you again.

The new ORP is magnificent with the crown onion, the right guilloche is a good idea as the deep black.

Malheureusement, le porte monnaie ne peut pas suivre  . Sinon, je les aurais certainement toutes commandées  .

Dial is guilloched, to reassemble deck pattern.
Crown will be changed for a valve-styled :-) Onion is to flyer type :-)

The dial, like a deck pattern, is a good idea !   I like it !

What makes it unique, in our eyes, are the hands - we have put a lot work&efforts to archive glowing effect like this, having such small area to applicate luminous. It could not been thick either. But effect is just fantastic  

Both pieces are cased with 40 mm, 47 mm L2L sized cases, made of 316L steel. Domed sapphire has one side AR coating, crowns are screwed too guaarantee WR100.
Both watches are ready to go, RWD+6 sub-second will follow later this week.

We are happy to see them, they are welcome !!!
The lume on the last picture is just... perfect !
